  4.     INDICTED. Walter Moody Jr., 56, self-employed proofreader,
  5. for the murder of federal Appeals Court Judge Robert Vance; in
  6. Atlanta. Angry at the court system since his conviction for
  7. possession of a pipe bomb in 1972, Moody was charged by the
  8. Justice Department with 70 counts related to sending bombs
  9. through the mail last December. One killed Vance at his home
  10. near Birmingham. Another fatally injured Robert Robinson, a
  11. civil rights lawyer and alderman in Savannah.
